We strongly believe that comprehensive training in using project management tools and techniques is a solid foundation for any successful project.

We are always working on real-life projects hand selected by our customers. It is hard to imagine a better alignment between training and business reality.
During this training session you never work with fictional projects that are detached from reality and the market context. Under the supervision of an experienced trainer, participants prepare complete plans for real projects, including all their key objectives.

Using the assistance provided by our trainers, participants develop new skills in order to effectively plan, manage, monitor and report requirements, scope, risks and schedules. They also learn how to complete projects properly. Each individual also gains a better understanding of the purpose, tools and techniques behind abbreviations such as WBS, CPM, EV, PERT, GANT. One last thing to remember is that our training methods are based on super learning techniques and group processes. They make the overall experience very dynamic and create a comfortable atmosphere of trust.
